We so often think of engagement as nothing more than attention. But engagement is so much more. Engagement is knowing how to cope when things get challenging, understanding the purpose of your learning, and self-regulating and being motivated to learn. #UDL

Short-cycle assessment provide information for both Ss and Ts. Errors must be identified and then followed up with corrective instruction. Moving forward knowing that students have not learned certain concepts would not be wise. #alternativeinstruction #achievementteams #preteach

PVSD schools will be closed Thursday, October 31. This includes any on-campus, after-school activities. Boys & Girls Club of Camarillo will be open on Thursday & Friday, free of charge, for child care. Note: There is no school on Friday, Nov. 1 for Staff Development Day.

#G2Great Small groups should address student learning needs. They should not be the same lessons for all students just in small groups.
