Lamar Jackson and Jared Goff have QBR values back to their days in college. Jackson was really good right out of the box, whereas Goff got gradually better. They've had a similar pattern in the NFL. espn.com/nfl/qbr

Kendrick Perkins just talked about KD's leadership when Russ went down in OKC years ago. For Basketball Beyond Paper, I put together some history of KD and leadership, as I could infer from stories and his numbers. KD is now in a good spot to lead a young team.

In playoff wins this year and last, Kelsey Mitchell has averaged +5.9 total net points. In losses, just -3.0. For A'ja Wilson, it's been +5.1 in Ws and -0.7 in Ls. Both are important in tonight's series finale, but Mitchell appears to be a little more so.
