Torn between watching the Iowa game on my couch in my pajamas or going into public to be in spirited celebration with others.

What are your favorite novels & stories to teach that don't hinge on things like depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation, etc? At the request of some of my students, I’m trying to build a bibliography of gorgeous, artful stories that are somewhat hopeful and life affirming too.
