Our amazing St John Ambulance England people have been in action at Aintree Racecourse covering the Randox Health Grand National festival since opening day on Thursday. Early starts and long days but delivered with professionalism and smiles. Massive thanks to everyone who supported our cover.

Today I had the pleasure to helping out at the TCS London Marathon working alongside colleagues from St John Ambulance - Greater London and from Greater Manchester St John Ambulance Working alongside London Ambulance Service and the Metropolitan Police loved every moment of it
