Even though we are pants at present, I'm still looking forward to today's game and our end of season meal afterwards with my marras. Should be a cracking day. Ha'way the Lads! Sunderland AFC

How anyone can defend the privatisation of our utilities is beyond me. All they think about is their profits and shareholders and rip the piss out of the public

The Teeswork Freeport corruption in short.

2 businessmen paid £110 for a £100m site.
We paid £462m to clean it up they paid nothing
They made £100m selling scrap metal from clean up, we received nothing.

Michael Gov won’t investigate because he is in on it

Where's the Police?

Simon Pryde Gordon is blaming the Football League for kicking Gateshead out of the league in 1960? His own team Newcastle voted Gateshead out of the league then so maybe he should look closer to home to apportion blame?

Our club might have had their run ins with Coventry over the years, but I really feel for them today. They give it their all and could have snatched it at the death. Well played Cov and hard to bear. know what it feels like 😟

It's been twenty years. Twenty one seasons ..... and tomorrow Gary Bennett MBE will commentate on his 1000th match for BBC Sport Tyne & Wear. He's been the perfect partner and I can only thank him for his patience, endurance and insight. Oh and he is an MBE. A wonderful man 👏❤️🤍🎙️📻🎖️

How come the finalists in every series of always have their a business plan ready for Episode 1 yet still haven't got a name for their business at the start of the final episode. Total cackbabble.

An excellent performance today and a goal or two would have been the icing on the cake. Ballard, O'nien and Ekwah were the stand outs for me, and Alese is a rock at fullback so hopefully he stays fit Sunderland AFC

The Netflix series “Sunderland ’Til I Die” shines most as a portrait of a people in a town, people who have hitched their identity to a 145-year-old team. nyer.cm/HOUrsOX
