Wow. LADWP messaging is such a painful joke. Their texts arriving a full 48 hours AFTER power went out and then 48 hours AFTER power was restored. Zero accurate estimates on fixes. Lost all my fridge food. Really LA? We deserve better. Mayor Karen Bass #ladwp
