Through an initiative with Athletics Kenya, World Athletics, IQAir and SEI Africa, hundreds of low-cost sensors have been deployed throughout Africa that complement reference grade #AirQuality monitoring instruments where these exist.

At the upcoming Nairobi City Marathon, SEI will continue to support Athletics Kenya’s commitment to sustainability in sports. Our research fellow, NGONGANG Wandji D., gave remarks during a media brief ahead of the event, highlighting SEI's role in championing sustainable practices.
