Santa always brought one modest but special gift. Why? Because I was getting my kids to pick out special things for the toy drive and they asked why we need to do that since Santa loves all children including those who are poor. They always picked the best toys for the toy drive.

Okay. Santa will be here soon. Please- ONLY One modest gift from Santa and let the parents take the credit for the iPhones and iPads and expensive stuff. Santa loves all children- and kids with parents who cannot afford over the top stuff see this. Be kind.

Driven by the race to get 3rd doses out, Ontario vaccinated a total of 99,397 yesterday, the highest level since July, with 9,729 first doses, 4,268 second doses and 85,400 third doses. Thanks to all for ramping up and rolling up their sleeves. #ThisIsOurShotCA

It’s heartening to see new vaccine appointment slots opening up over the holidays. Behind every one of those is a HCW who has answered the call to help, and is taking time away from their loved ones to help protect their fellow citizens ❤️

don’t forget those pharmacy technicians working with the pharmacists. If you have ever gotten a vaccine or been admitted to a hospital, you have been cared for by pharmacists and pharmacy techs. And a whole team who make it happen.

Sunnybrook environmental services -Many people make the vaccine clinics work, but before anything happens- EVS cleans, set up tables, and chairs and moved a fridge to keep vaccines cold. Tomorrow we move to larger space and they will do it again! To Sunnybrook EVS- thank you!

A 4 year old with brain cancer was blocked from getting to their chemotherapy treatment (5 h stuck on bridge) because of protest/blockades- thankfully the treating team stayed open late for them. I am NOT OK with these harms. No one should be. ici.radio-canada.ca/nouvelle/18593…
