Mixed up some tuna with pickled jalapeños. Put it in the fridge to cool. I need my tuna cold. Warm tuna grossed me out.

I feel so bad for the family friend whose 10 year old son has brain cancer. His type of cancer only has a 2% survival rate. That has to feel terrifying. I pray he’s in that 2%.

Missing the work potluck today. I spent $12.50 on two dozen chocolate chunk cookies for nothing. I’ll bring them to work tomorrow.

My colonoscopy consultation got pushed back to June 14. It was scheduled for May 17. I probably won’t be able to get my first colonoscopy until next year at this rate.

Had a bad panic attack and can’t get my anxiety under control, even with Xanax. Called out sick. Fuck.

Met with a student today with a speech impediment. He couldn’t pronounce the “r” sound. It was “aw.” He’s trying to become a police dispatcher before he goes into law enforcement. I would think you need to be able to speak as clearly as possible to be a police dispatcher?
