September is Suicide Prevention Month and i just want to remind everyone to check in on your loved ones, and I mean really check in and remind them that they’re loved, hold value to your life and their own, strong, and NOT a burden.

Why do people pull back when they’re going through hard times? True friends love you whether things are going well or not. Pls do not hide or shut them out. We love you regardless.
