Delighted to share the first publication from my dissertation research with Jenn Smith 🌈🐺🐾🐭🐍! We tested field collection methods for fecal microbiome samples to see if microbial communities were affected (spoilers: not as much as you might think!) doi.org/10.1093/jmamma…

Last week my undergraduate research with @hull_wildlife and Jack Liu was finally published: doi.org/10.1007/s13280… I'm proud of the paper (on average terrestrial mammal populations appear stable inside and outside protected areas), but also all the work it took to get here.
