Today, we brought First Focus on Children’ Babies in the Budget Report to Congress with the Mamas’ Caucus and the Baby Caucus! Only 1.5% of federal spending goes to children ages 0-3. Early investment in our little ones is essential to combat child poverty and create a stronger future.
