Yesterday, SecGen Peter Vermaat joined World Economic Forum Roundtable on 🇪🇺 Grids.

Peter reaffirmed the importance of #DSOs to accelerate electrification, decentralise & decarbonise the EU energy system. He also shared the need for common objectives & resources for necessary grid developments.

Today, DSO Entity & ENTSO-E submitted to EU-ACER a joint proposal for the Network Code Demand Response.

This NC will be key to integrate flexibility resources in the energy system.

Peter joined a panel Implementing the Pact for Engagement & shared that permitting & engaging with consumers can drive the #energytransition .

🚨New Task Force Alert!

As part of the #GridActionPlan launched last Nov by the European Commission, DSO Entity implemented its workstream opening the call for the newly established Task Force for Investment, Funding, & Finance (TF FIN).

We look forward to coop in this workstream.

On 15 & 16 April, the EU Council hosted the April Informal Energy Council. Our SecGen joined as an observer.
