Couldn't agree more! As I'm now writing my dissertation, I look back at mistakes and poorly planned experiments knowing I wouldn't make those same mistakes again, because I was mentored, not just shuttled through a project. Shout out to Jose Lemos 🇧🇷🇺🇸 for being this kind of mentor!
