That sinking feeling you get when you see that your package was shipped via Purolator Help and before it even gets here you know you're going to have to go and pick it up because their drivers are the absolute worst.

Tried to get through to Purolator Help twice. Waited to get through and gave up both times. No one is answering their online chat either. They say they tried to deliver, but didn’t. Safe to say no one actually works there anymore.
