2/6 It was easy to make this presentation less stressful. We routinely make allowances at my #university (itself an uncaring place). University of Bristol argue that the "duty of care" to students needs clarifying. All that was needed was the humanity to make a simple adjustment.

3/6 University of Bristol made it hard in the Abrahart's fight for justice & damages. "The University has repeatedly quibbled over having to pay for specific parts of our funeral expenses; in particular, for the cost of a headstone, and for a few light refreshments at the reception."
