Fantastic to work with Lupine Adventure Co-op 🧗‍♀️🏔️ yesterday to provide #rockclimbing enrichment activity to some of our Dixons Sixth Form Academy Sport and PE students.

Another day of activity with Dixons Sixth Form Academy students. Raising money and awareness for PIMA. Their international charity. A return cycle ride from D6A to @NTEastRidd via Salts Mill and 5 Rise Locks. 22 miles. A great effort from beginner cyclists for a great cause. Bike Futures

Some "proper CPD" on Tuesday and Wednesday this week with Andy Swann at TheClimbingHub. I completed a British Mountaineering Council FUNDAS 1 & 2 course. Great learning and sharing tools to better support PE, sport and enrichment climbing activities at Dixons Sixth Form Academy. @MtnTraining

A few seconds representing a year of great moments of Dixons Sixth Form Academy enrichment and other activity. How did we fit it in? We didn't. There was so much more. Looking forward to an even fuller 22-23.

One of my plans for '22-23 is to make #rockclimbing and other outdoor adventurous activity a firmer feature of our enrichment offer. I've some CPD plans over the summer to help the process along - @MtnTraining foundation/development coach pathway to augment my RCI "ticket".
