Thames Valley Police are reporting yet another “road traffic collision” at the Plain roundabout, believed to involve a cyclist and an HGV driver. Roads closed and all buses diverted/curtailed.

I’m devastated to hear about the tragic death of the person cycling in Holborn this morning after a collision with an HGV. Making London’s roads safer is our top priority. 1/3

I went to Ling Felce's vigil today. Please watch this video and understand why we need change for cyclists in Oxford bbc.co.uk/news/uk-englan…

I'm very glad that I managed to get the driver to abort their overtake. Reviewing the video sent chills down my spine. This is the biggest danger that I face on rural roads. It is mind boggling how some drivers fail to see the danger of overtaking towards blind bends.

PCSO's from the East Oxford Neighbourhood Team took part in a parking operation down the Cowley Road this evening. We issued tickets for those causing obstructions, parking on the pavement and parking in disabled bays without a disabled badge.

What was once just another road in central London is now the most MAGNIFICENT, calm place to sit, to walk and marvel at how cities could be. Alfred Place. Well done Camden Council Adam Harrison #Alfredplace

55% of disabled people have a driving license (vs 83% of general population). 78% of disabled people are able to cycle. Stop using those with disabilities for an excuse for your car-centrism. Own your externalities, own your laziness and own your car-blindness Sources below

@TheShrikeisthat @markandcharlie This is not “pavement parking”. This is illegally, and selfishly blocking the footpath. It’s illegal now and it has been a police issue for as long as I can remember. Don’t be fobbed off.

An area for extreme stress for cyclists has been alleviated this morning. Cllr Tim Bearder has just approved the removal of parking on Warneford Lane. Well done all those who have campaigned for this. Cyclox Coalition for Healthy Streets and Active Travel Ben Goldacre
