The protected view from Richmond Park to St Paul's Cathedral includes The Way gates by Joshua De Lisle ( 2011).
Sitting in the oak leaf design is a small bird - a wren - a reference to the designer of the cathedral 10 miles away.

First wife Faith was a childhood friend. Married at Temple Church 1669 she died & was buried at St Martin-in-the-Fields in 1675.
