‘Politics needs an update’ Just incase anyone’s wondering I wasn’t behind the glitter bombing of Starmer, I would have used far far more glitter. I’ve been responsible for two venue wide glitter bans & have been barred from one for ‘inappropriate use of glitter’. I know my shit.

We are deeply troubled to hear of the attack on The Freedom Theatre and the unlawful detention by the IDF of company members. This is a terrible moment for the global theatre community. We call for their immediate release and an end to the occupation in Palestine.

“I understand that this feels like a missed opportunity for a disabled artist to play a disabled character on a major UK stage, but it will come around again.” When Michelle? When will it come round again? Wildly self indulgent casting & statement!

I love Fridays down the PEP club. These legends make me laugh even more than my own pals do. Contemplating moving into sheltered housing so I can hang out with them all the time.

Can mediocre middle class men stop writing plays about women please? I can’t watch another 2D play where the women are only defined by their relationships with men & the sex they have.

Big thanks to the Bartol Foundation Philadelphia for having me today. This is one of my favourite sessions to facilitate, love encouraging disabled & neurodivergent artists to take up space & demand their worth. Looking forward to connecting with this team in person soon.

Anyone got a spare few million? We can’t lose Summerhall, one of the few spaces that champions live art, grassroots projects & is financially accessible. Thanks to their team we offered free fringe tickets to anyone queer/disabled/low income/generally excluded from the arts.

You don’t get to celebrate talent in Scotland whilst wrecking an already fragile cultural landscape via Creative Scotland cuts and budget chaos. You can’t have it both ways
