Officers from Crawley NPT have been working closely with the staff at Co-op, Dorsten Square, Crawley to tackle the high number of shoplifting incidents. Joint efforts have resulted in taking seven prolific shoplifters to court, and six to appear in court #CommunityPolicing

Exploitation in the care sector sees victims work long shifts with no breaks.
In one case, workers were forced to work 20 hours a day, six days a week, under the threat of expulsion from the UK by the criminal gang.

One victim had to work more than 24 hours in one shift.

PCC Katy Bourne OBE will be speaking at Westminster Insight Tackling Domestic Abuse Conference on 19 March to discuss why stalking must be taken seriously and how victims are supported in Sussex.
