It was an honour to join Sunbury Remembrance Sunday service at the Sunbury Memorial with his worshipful mayor of Spelthorne Borough Council, Rev.Fr Andrew, hundreds of residents and volunteers. I laid a wreath on behalf of Surrey County Council.

Last Friday, I had the honor of attending the opening of Spelthorne Youth Hub (SYB) which is an initiative of the Spelthorne Council Council . SYB & 'I Choose Local app'  was officially launched to help young people aged 16 to 24 in #Spelthorne access career and skills opportunities

I have been working with the Surrey County Council Highways team to develop proposals for safety measures on The Avenue, Lower Sunbury. Having received comments from local residents and on proposals presented by me, the scheme has been revised to focus on pedestrian safety .

Concerning the safety of Sunbury and Halliford, I was pleased to facilitate a meeting between the Lower Sunbury Residents’ Association (LOSRA), the Lower Sunbury Business Community, and Surrey Police and Crime Commissioner Lisa Townsend , which took place on the 15th of Feb.

It was a pleasure visiting Kempton Cricket Club and having a very productive discussion with the Chairman of Kempton CC Martin Watts yesterday. Kempton CC is a community cricket club that welcomes players aged 4 to 70. #sunbury #cricket #kempton #sports
