I would just like to say that Rogers taking over for Shaw was the worst thing that’s happened to that company. Just an immediate downgrade in everything…their customer service is just abysmal, they can’t keep their obligations, the app is trash now and barely works 🖕🏼

Another day of being fucked over by good ole TransLink BC because I wasn’t 15 minutes early to the scheduled bus time so I missed it. I love that there’s a schedule and then just consistently no attempt to stick to it ♥️♥️ bus just shows up based off of vibes that day ✌🏻

Like the bus I’m waiting for is supposed to run every 20 minutes. But because it came so early I’ll have been waiting here for well over 30+ minutes without a sign of a bus because the schedule isn’t even a suggestion at this point. Make it make sense.

Another day, another fucking disaster commute from TransLink BC as usual! Four busses have headed in the other direction but not a single one in our direction in about 40 minutes despite it being a bus that “runs every 20 minutes”. This new skytrain is going to be a disaster.
