This is quintessential Larry Hogan. He vetoed funding for the Nice-Middleton Bridge, only funded it when he had no choice, fought with community members who wanted to make it better, it still took six years, then took credit and acted like something else happened.

This is shameles. Example of finger pointing with no solution. Bridge was handed to Hogan by O'Malley, funded. Hogan's opposition delayed it's construction. Took Hogan's entire term to complete a project that was approved in and funded in 2013 by MDTA board. C'mon tell the truth
