Corey Almond Racing will be taking this weekend off. We will be back next weekend Virginia Motor Speedway!

With Virginia Motor Speedway raining out this past weekend, we headed to Natural Bridge Speedway for the first time in 2019. Qualified 2nd and redrew a 5 to start 5th in the feature. After 25-laps, fell back one spot and ended up with a 6th place finish.

Come out and see us Saturday, Aug. 10th Virginia Motor Speedway for “Pepsi Night at the Races”! We have a slim 3 point lead heading into week 11 of VMS’s Dirt Series Championship weekly racing action.

After Virginia Motor Speedway’s 5th rainout of the year last weekend, we returned there Saturday for Week 11 of weekly racing action. Started 4th and scored our 7th consecutive top 5 finish this year at VMS!

We will be taking tonight off! We will be back in action on Saturday Virginia Motor Speedway for the $3,000 to win Prelude to the World Championship.

3rd in last weekend’s @FASTRAK_SE Prelude to the World Championship! Currently 2nd in points with only 1 points race left Virginia Motor Speedway next weekend.

Came home 18th tonight in the big $50,000 to win @FASTRAK_Racing World Championship. Thanks to Fastrak and everyone at Bill Sawyer’s Virginia Motor Speedway for putting a race like this on! It was a honor to be apart of it regardless of where we finished.

After a few weeks off to regroup, we will be making our return this weekend at 311 Motor Speedway! Excited to announce that we will be making our Super Late Model debut for $10,000 to win with the Fall Nationals Series! In addition, we will also be racing our Crate Late Model.

Virginia’s Corey Almond will be making his Super Late Model debut this weekend with the Southern Nationals Series at 311 Motor Speedway. In 2020, he will be racing select super events in addition to his crate late model.

We are unloaded and ready to go tonight at 311 with both the Crate and Super Late Models!

Our Super Late Model debut comes to an end prematurely after mechanical issues force us to park it for the rest of the night. We now turn our focus to the Crate for tonight’s 25-lap feature.

Celebrated a great 2019 season last night at the Virginia Motor Speedway banquet. Runner up in points with 2 wins and 9 top 5’s in 10 races. Thanks to everyone for making it a great year, looking forward to 2020!
