#CoreVelocityBelt Hinge Hinge Go Mound Throws A great way to simplify the delivery and take out unnecessary movement. Since actions create reactions, focus on getting the first move right! #TrustWhatYouFEEL LantzWheeler

🌪️ #CoreVelocityBelt Resist Rotation Blend 🌪️ Forces the body to constantly have to adjust, allowing the athlete to FEEL how to get on plane with the slope. Love the double cord set ups! #TrustWhatYouFEEL LantzWheeler

🌪️ #FeedTheMistake with the #CoreVelocityBelt 🌪️ Here’s LantzWheeler discussing how to feed the mistake when throwing with the CVB to get the body to self correct. Best part is, you don’t have to say a word! #TrustWhatYouFEEL

🌪️ Want To Add Some Easy Velo? 🌪️ For some guys, giving the cue to “Weigh More” as they move down the mound helps them get/stay in their hinge. Too many players want to push OUT of the ground rather than putting force INTO the ground. #TrustWhatYouFEEL LantzWheeler

#CoreVelocityBelt Anti Gravity Series One of the best ways to allow a player to FEEL where their middle is at. Love how many uses are for this set up! #TrustWhatYouFEEL LantzWheeler

These are the only tools I’ve ever used to help my boys or someone else’s with pitching- A real official weight Baseball and a Core Velocity Belt. That’s all anyone needs! Core Velocity Belt

When others focus on training positions we invest our training time on the beginning of the delivery and controlling the middle of the body. Get that right and the “ideal” positions fix themselves. No thought required.

Please Stop Chasing Hip/Shoulder Separation. Your problem is not separation, it's rotation. Because you extend your hips (push from ball of foot) you can't rotate. Because you can't rotate you can't separate. Focus on the Hinge, that's the best drill for separation

Pitchers with flatground patterns push away from the mound vs work down the slope. You will see the front foot elevate vs match the mound The hips will drift or push sideways These guys tend to suffer with consistent stuff, command and velo transfer.

Stop what you’re doing and think about this 👇🏻 It’s why I say the arm is at the mercy of the hips. Proximal-distal relationship. Pitching mechanics model 100% disregards this principle.

Want to throw harder without adding a single oz of arm strength? The key is getting your hips to mirror the slope of the mound, or #RidetheSlide

Why your frontside flies open … and WHY it has absolutely NOTHING to do with your frontside! Telling a P to stay closed isn’t going to help because the frontside is not the problem.
