On Monday, we welcomed New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) as we passed Resolution 24.31.24R calling on the New York State Legislature to pass, and Governor Kathy Hochul to sign, the Access to Representation Act, legislation establishing the right to legal counsel in immigration proceedings.
