Thx for your take on this, Sam Rosen-Amy. Probably won’t surprise you to know that we still have not heard anything on next steps from DC Procurement. Crickets. Meanwhile, #compost dropoff continues with the vendor that the CAB specifically instructed OCP to terminate. Sigh. SMH.

Update: Department of Public Works says Office of Contracts is still contracting w the dump truck company District Logistics on "emergency" to manage farmers market compost. Move comes after contract appeals board said it should terminate its contract with District Logistics.
