The pickleball courts at CHS are nearing completion. Today, the crew prepped the concrete and is applying a bonding coat. Soon, the courts will be painted and lined and good to go!

Superintendent Dr. Jordan Cox presented Andrea Beatty and Jeanette Collette with the Commack Star Award at the Celebration of Research Tuesday evening. “We are so grateful and lucky to have you both as part of our staff,” Dr. Cox said.

Superintendent Dr. Jordan Cox presented Shannon Dagastine with the Commack Star Award at CMS Monday afternoon.  “Shannon is kind, passionate, and dedicated to the students and staff for Commack,” Dr. Cox said. “She truly exemplifies all of the qualities of a Commack Star.”

Indian Hollow Kindergarteners in Cristal Grottola and Lynne Steketee’s classes showed off their creative abilities to Exec. Director for Instructional Technology Alise Pulliam by using @bookcreatorapp to begin their “All About Me” books in the computer lab Wednesday afternoon.

Superintendent Dr. Jordan Cox presented guidance counselor Jon Miale with the Commack Star Award during the CHS morning announcements on Wednesday.  “He cares about the mental health and academic success of all of the students at CHS,” Dr. Cox said.

Dr. Jordan Cox presented custodian Brandon Beatty with the Commack Star Award at Building Blocks Developmental Preschool Friday. “To say that Brandon has gone above and beyond during his time here at Building Blocks, and in Commack as a whole, is an understatement,” Dr. Cox said.
