Caplacizumab-yhdp, an anti-vWF nanobody, inhibits vWF-mediated platelet adhesion & consumption making it a useful treatment in TTP. It’s utility in TTP makes me wonder if this anti-vWF nanobody could be useful in COVID-associate coagulopathy by specifically targeting vWF
