Shakira Cadet had the best jumping day in Durfee Track and Field history. Shakira won the long jump, the triple jump (37-3) and the high jump (5-2) at the MSTCA State Coaches Twilight Meet. She also qualified for NATIONALS in the long jump with a jump of 18-4! Durfee Athletics Steven Sanchez

Solar Oven Success! 4P used the Engineering Design Process to create solar ovens. Students investigated thermal insulators/conductors to help their designs. I am so proud of these green engineers’ hard work & it paid off in enjoying delicious s’mores that they cooked themselves!
