Our campuses should be places where all students feel safe. Jewish students must be able to attend classes free from any sense of intimidation, and students who seek to protest peacefully must be allowed to do so consistent with campus policies and their First Amendment rights.…

Aly and I are praying for the Bowie High School community after a student was killed on the campus in Arlington today. Our kids deserve to learn without fear of gun violence, and we must act to ensure they are always safe at school.

From affordable health care to gun violence prevention, folks in Harris, Fort Bend, and Brazos Counties are ready for a Senator who works towards solutions  to the issues they care about.

Time and again, Ted Cruz has stood in the way of bipartisan efforts to lower prescription drug costs, raise wages, invest in border security, and increase access to affordable child care. Texans are ready to show him the door and vote him out in 2024.

Ted Cruz likes to talk a big game, but we all know he doesn’t put in the work. More than 70% of the bills I’ve supported in Congress have been bipartisan. I am committed to working across the aisle to deliver for Texans.

As I like to tell our young Texans, if you’re not at the table, you are on the menu. It was great to talk to Texas Aggie Democrats and Commissioner Wanda J Watson for Brazos Co Commissioner, Pct 4 about the importance of protecting voting rights and how we can get young Texans out to vote this November.

Every woman should have the right to make her own health care decisions, period.

Too many Texas communities have been shattered by senseless gun violence. I’ve made it my priority in Congress to deliver common sense, bipartisan gun safety reforms & I’ll continue to in the Senate. It was great to meet with Moms Demand Action in Houston. Together, we will save lives.
