Day crew picked up a high risk vehicle pursuit in Barking & Dagenham MPS. Tactical contact by Roads & Transport MPS assisted in ending the pursuit, driver gave it legs, tracked by us into an underground car park. Located hiding by Met Police Taskforce 🐕. (1/3)

An officer is recovering in hospital after tackling a man with a knife in Enfield.

We commend his bravery and that of the medics who attended. This is a shocking and appalling attack.

The suspect has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
