The Washington Post has the best sports section in the country, and I don’t think it’s particularly close. Only a soulless corporate goon would think the paper is better without it. A short-sighted, cowardly decision. Shame is your legacy.

A former Cub player told me that Alex Bregman is gonna be a fan favorite for a long time here in Chicago. They said Rizzo/Bryant/Baez level. The dude is obsessed with ball and loves to win. Is an excellent clubhouse guy and is really happy to be a Chicago Cub. Cubs.

Andrew Schulz: “ICE murdered an American citizen in cold blood and then the Trump administration called him a domestic terrorist. That’s it. Like plain and simple. I see the administration trying to spin it and it’s fucking disgusting”

For the love of god Shadeur Sanders, all athletes, and literally everyone that operates on a team for that matter —please do not listen to this or take this advice.

Emmanuel Acho buys a platform with millions of followers to force people to listen to his stupidity. He sounds like a educated fool 😅🤣

From The Athletic: After retiring from the NFL, Charles Tillman, known for his signature “Peanut Punch,” worked as an FBI agent. He loved his coworkers and found honor, integrity, and nobility in their service. Then the immigration raids started. nyti.ms/4qVCq84

Not only does Caleb Williams throw interceptions at the lowest rate of any QB, his interceptions are the least detrimental to his team ever charted. He is a unicorn in that area. Kind of a cool article here! #DaBears barstoolsports.com/blog/3561728/i…

With jobs filling up around the NFL, the Bears are likely keeping both OC Declan Doyle and DBs Coach Al Harris on the coaching staff for 2026, per Brad Biggs: “At this point, I’d expect Declan Doyle and Al Harris back for Ben Johnson’s staff in 2026.” 👀 via 670 The Score

Whoa whoa whoa. I know this clip only shows part of the convo on how important solving the LT spot is in light of Trapilo being out potentially deep into next season, but the pass rush is still a MAJOR need this offseason. Cannot stress that enough. Should be hit in UFA and maybe

My only question is, why take the job then? If it's lateral move, why would Ian want to leave Chicago for Atlanta when the Bears are in the spot they are in next year? Ian is taking the job because it's a promotion for him. The NFL should honor the structure they put in place.

I really don't get the moral high ground of acting like not having 2 3rd round picks isn't a big deal. Other teams have gotten it. So should the Bears. Semantics aside. 3rd round picks matter. As is career advancement for all. Either do away with the rule or do right by it.

This is why hiring Ben Johnson was such a big deal. Doesn't matter who the OC is in Chicago. Bears got Ben and Caleb. This is just the start of the Ben Johnson coaching tree.
