Umm, hello?? Does anyone see what’s going on? The media and government are manipulating people. Any semblance of public health and reliable journalism are long gone.

So apparently other trauma, like kids watching their relatives die as I was during this time, didn’t stress them out, just “lockdowns.” Oh, and the study doesn’t control for covid infection? Which causes brain aging and is often asymptomatic or milder in children. You fools.

I’d forgotten I’d posted this. Nearly a year on and what has been done? Where is the urgency? We are still allowing lockdown harms to dominate the discourse on neurological harms knowing fine well that evidence shows SARs-CoV-2 can damage brains. H/T Simone

Yes Kristie De Garis “So, IMO, all this study can really claim is that between the years of 2019 and 2022 something caused accelerated brain aging in adolescents, more so in females” Establishing what that something could be is imperative especially if it COULD be SARs damage.

I am sitting through the debate on Govt's cut to pensioners' Winter Fuel Allowance, appalled by the dreadful braying in the chamber. It's so disappointing how much time in the Commons is spent on Punch & Judy theatrics rather than working on solutions together. I can't stand it.

4. When you see articles that normalise and deny the biological impacts of SARS-CoV-2, remember, at some deep level, they serve to maintain and reinforce the blind spot: that Covid-19 is dangerous in both the short and long term, and at the individual and societal level.

We don’t want lockdowns. We don’t want you to live in fear. We want masks in healthcare. Free tests & respirators. Clean air in public buildings. Paid sick leave. Universal healthcare for all. We want people to realize Covid is airborne - what YOU do impacts everyone else.

Some schools are pushing kids to return even when they're still symptomatic. Telling people that Covid is a 'cold' puts most pressure on those least able to protect themselves. Bridget Phillipson Wes Streeting MP the 3 day isolation rule for children is also unevidenced!

Check out our article on #CleanAir💨 Expert testimony yesterday at the Covid Inquiry confirms what CVF has warned all along: Covid is airborne, and the former UK gov failed to protect vulnerable families. We hope Wes Streeting MP will speak to us! lbc.co.uk/opinion/views/…

So a secretive 'IPC cell' dishonestly made disastrously wrong policy not based on science, was known to be wrong by clinicians, aerosol physicists, engineers &, it seems, themselves, causing (still) avoidable deaths, disablement, job loss, why this isn't headline news? BBC News (UK)

This situation isn’t sustainable esp for vulnerable families like mine. It was mentally exhausting enough trying to navigate a year between waves. Now there is no respite. No reassuring stats. Nothing. Risk is ever present & barely anyone cares.

People are in prison today for trying to warn the public how bad things are going to get. Scientists have taken to the streets to warn us. The idiotic media have failed to make it clear what’s coming - and this is still the beginning. Educate everyone you know:

That may have protected against droplets (i.e. someone sneezing on you) but to stop tiny aerosol particles NHS staff needed respirator mask or hood - like this FFP3 mask. The guidance didn't even start to change until late 2021 (and even today is not clear cut in places).

Except that sounded like a frustrating process. Dr Jones said: "It was a theme throughout the pandemic, that all of us who tried to push back were rebuffed and, as it were, managed so that we weren't a nuisance." The government was, he said, listening to 'bad science'.

Like everyone else, I’ve seen the braying on TV and recoiled at the childishness of it. But there is something quite different, and far more visceral, seeing (and hearing) it in 3D. I'm genuinely considering earplugs. My latest column in Metro: metro.co.uk/2024/09/13/two…

Exactly this. Neither party has the people’s best interests at heart. They just wait for the other to screw up & they get THEIR turn again. I think Carla Denyer honesty is refreshing.
