Can you build muscle with keto? Yes. I could also walk to California if I wanted, but it would be much faster to fly. Being able to accomplish a goal and doing so with an optimal plan are two dramatically different things.

Research doesn't mean irrefutable science. It just means an investigation into a topic. We have to stop allowing an article that comes out, "backed by research", to stop us from doing a training method we know to be correct and successful. Science in different.

When I work with athletes I use 3 whole body strength days. In the first one we emphasize the eccentric, in the second the isometric and in the third regular lifting. Here is a bobsleigh athlete doing an advanced isometric method. Overload with 290kg for 6 sec. 3 reps as cluster

Maybe not as impressive as some of the lifts from the world championships but for a bobsleigh guy a 130kg power snatch ain’t bad. Especially since this was our goal for the end of this mesocycle... 5 weeks in advance

Two things that GSP, Usain Bolt, Micheal Phelps, Mat Fraser have in common? 1. Considered the best in their sport 2. Loved to eat McDonald's, sometimes on competition day Don't use elite athletes to prove your nutrition cult. They are often the best despite what they eat.
