From Senior Carl Figgins: Coach Kigner was my football coach for 2 years and he had taught me many things on the field and in life. Kigner was ALWAYS the one who brought the energy to practice everyday and it fed off to everyone else. Ross Kigner ⬇️

The best advice Kigner gave me was “punch first and punch hard” (not literally) but meaning be aggressive and be in control on what you are doing. I’d like to thank Coach Kigner for not just being a coach but a role model for me.
