Getting Ready for Game Day Hydration Tip: Consume 1000-2000mg of Sodium a Day! 1. Snack on High Sodium Items: Pretzels, Pickles & Beef/Turkey Jerky 2. Choose Drinks High in Sodium & Potassium (not just 1)..low in sugar! -Pedialyte, Gatorlyte & Electrolit are great choices!
