Caleb Williams headed to the Big Ten-signs with Minnesota.

In 3 full seasons at D3 Macalester, he scored over 1500 pts - put up 41 last Nov in an EXH @ at Minnesota and went for 51 in a game in Jan.

Also a 2X Academic All-American as a physics and mathematics double major.

Develop youth players, don’t bury them with negativity.

Work hard at game speed. It will translate over to real games.

The key word is adjustments: live adjustments = real results.

Skill sessions are needed, but playing pick up, 2v2 or 3v3 is necessary.

This doesn’t mean that every college coach has this thing perfectly figured out; but it does mean that they value attitude, communication, engagement, and resilience just as much as they value talent on the recruiting trail. The things that matter, matter to all of them…
