Call it position-less ball all you want but if you don’t have a PG who is willing to create shots for others, be that dawg on defense at the point of attack and can run your stuff, you most likely will lose the majority of your most meaningful games.

The Essence of Team Building: 1. Trust is the glue that binds a team. 2. Every member’s role is crucial - know it, embrace it. 3. A united vision propels a team forward. 4. Success and failure are shared equally. Remember, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

Absolute tears on this one. Former Wisconsin player/assistant Howard Moore returns to Kohl Center and gets a standing ovation as he is brought onto the court by Rashard Griffith. Incredible person. Was in a car accident in 2019 in which his wife and daughter were killed.

Culture WINS 🏆 Building Culture is the #1 job of any coach. What is Culture? Culture is what you allow. Culture is what you emphasize. Culture is every day. - Poor coaches ignore Culture. - Average coaches talk about Culture. - Great coaches build Culture Every Day.

Yesterday my mom was called to heaven. As I sadly said “goodbye Mom”—I know on the other side of the horizon there were family and friends excitedly saying “here she comes.” What a joyful reunion it must have been. I am forever grateful for your love and guidance!❤️🙏🏾
