Traditional coaches see conditioning as the foundation of high performance. It’s nowhere on my pyramid. Those who are offended have only done it the traditional way.

Our Split at the school is as follows… Monday: Plyo, Sprint, Upper Tuesday: Jump & Lower Wednesday: Off Thursday: Plyo, Sprint, Upper Friday: Jump & Lower This is the optimal setup in my opinion, and we’ve done this for around 4 years now.

I had a great time visiting Kentucky Football spring practice. It was great to meet the new snappers, Jack Ray, Will Stein, and catch up with Mark Perry and Willie Rodriguez. I enjoyed showing Ty Bryant his 98 card that’s the newest addition to my College Football squad!

Most programs make their athletes slower by overrunning them. Speed is not developed at moderate Intensities… It is developed in small doses at High Intensities done Frequently. You need to be comfortable doing LESS to be successful.
