Clint Young spent almost 20 years on death row in Texas before it came out that the prosecutor on his case was moonlighting as the judge’s paid advisor. Clint was freed pending a new trial. Now, a neighboring county charged him with the same crimes just to put him back in jail.

UPDATE: I just got a call from Clint, who is now in jail. Today, he found out how much his bail will be: $5 million. I asked how he was doing: "I'm just tired. After 20 years of this, I'm tired."
