How can it be, paid deposit in 07.03.20 for new bed, bed arrived damaged in 13.03.20, replacement arrived 21.03.20 damaged. Customer service is rude and won’t return deposit because not collected the second damaged bed. We’re having to store damaged king size bed Bensons for Beds
