A huge part of what we do revolves around offering runners the opportunity to sit down together to enjoy a post-run brew & some well earned hearty food. In a complicated world - it's often the simplest of things that bring the most joy!

On Saturday 18th March we'll be hosting a female multisport training day in Barrowford. Aimed at aspirational intermediate & experienced female athletes who are keen to up their multisport game before their big races of the year. If you're interested, please contact us asap. 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♀️

Pleased we had great weather for our first mid-week sunset guided trail run from Stanhill, Lancashire. A 'mildly undulating' but wonderfully scenic 13km route from the fab Stanhill Pub & Kitchen - thanks for the super hospitality, those well earned meals didn't last long.. #nomnom
