People from Argentina, USA, Germany and different parts of Italy have been working together in the Re della Pietra #experimental #catchment for a joint experiment on #simulated #rainfall and #stemflow , and #isotopic and #geophysical characterization of hillslope subsurface flow.
Thanks Francesco Avanzi. Is not only matter of amount of precipitation but when and how this #precipitation falls, temperatures and basin initial conditions. Hydrological #Drought time scales are long and require a long shift in climate conditions to be recovered
