At the moment, the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB) in conjunction with CA and the Kenya Film Classification Board are at the final stages of sealing the legal gaps through a review of the Kenya Information and Communications Act..1/3

Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act; and the Films and Stage Plays Act to comprehensively address the airing of betting and gambling programming during the watershed period..2/3
