David (1980) and Kathryn Uffindell (1982) first met in the bar during Kathryn’s Freshers Week in October 1982. They both sang in the Chapel Choir and started officially dating after getting to know each other better during the Choir’s Easter tour in 1983.

Ian (2013) and Jessica Gibson (2013) met in their very first week at Downing when they were both singing in the Chapel Choir. Love blossomed after spending hours together singing in the Chapel and on Choir tours.
