On 25th September 1971, Somalia joined other 22 countries to submit A/L.630 resolution draft to United Nations General Assembly(UNGA), laying a foundation for UNGA Resolution 2758 which restored the lawful rights of China at the United Nations.

The meeting of China-Africa Think Tank Forum was held in🇨🇳southwest Yunnan. Scholars from Africa incl.🇸🇴were invited to participate in discussion on modernization for developing countries. They also took culture tours in Yunnan to exp colorful life of local ethnic minorities.

Recently, China donated a new batch of urgent food aid to Somalia. With the coordination of SODMA Somalia led by Commissioner Mahamuud Moallim, part of the aid has been distributed to vulnerable regions in Lower Shabelle to assist people in difficulty.
