Headed to Pennsbury Invitational!

Wrapped up the Pennsbury Invitational going 4-2 in the Pennsbury Power Pool. We faced some great competition and grew as a team. Big thank you to every coach who stopped by to watch and chat with us!! We are off for 2 weeks and then wheels up to Colorado!

1-1 on the day making it to Championship Sunday! Cherie Carter (Iona Softball) had the go ahead 3-run double to advance us to Sunday! Rachel Lyons (2026 OF/RHP) shut it down on the mound (4.0 IP, 1H, 0 BB, 6 SO)! Nevaeh Espaillat (2027 UTL) with the 💣!

So proud of how we showed up in CO this week & making it to championship Sunday! They fought hard all the way to the end. We finish out west going 5-2-1 with a team average of .396 scoring 55 on 86 hits. Thank you to every coach who stopped by to watch us play! Team North Carolina Softball
