Jury deadlocked (one apparent holdout) on all of the major charges, including conspiracy, accepting bribes, drug-related charge.

Breaking from federal court re: Bongiovanni:

Jury “could not reach verdict” on 12 of 15 counts, including conspiracy and accepting bribes.

Bongiovanni “guilty” on one count obstruction, “not guilty” on another. “Guilty” to making false statements.
